About Dan Medlock

Dan Medlock is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, and the founder of Dan Medlock, Attorney at Law, PLLC. With over 18 years of experience, Dan has handled thousands of criminal cases in both State and Federal Court, and has also represented clients in civil cases such as personal injury, car wrecks, business formation, and foreclosures.

After becoming an attorney in 2004, Dan worked as a prosecutor for over a decade before transitioning to private practice in January 2015. In December of 2021, Dan became the First Assistant District Attorney in Muskogee County, where he served until March of 2023. In April of 2023, Dan went back into private practice.
